Title: ZT-HE from french reseller, no "z-temp" name written on it

Hello,

As written in the title, I ordered a ZT-HE from a french reseller, and there is no "z-temp" written on it like my old one ordered from official website...

Does it happens or it is not a real ZT-HE ?

At the beginning of the pandemic our laser etch supplier was closed and we had to ship some hot ends without the logo in order to meet demand quickly. This is noted in our web store. Thanks!

Thank you, it was not written on the french reseller website.
