Hello
The printer when printing the substrate sometimes can not push the thread.
At the same time, the motor "crunches."
Even without a nozzle, the motor crunches.
Changed the motor, did not help.
Who knows how to fix it?
Technical support Zortrax did not help, give stupid advice.

If I understand the problem correctly, when that happens to me it is usually because there is a bit of filament debris caught between the gear and the hotend or the roller. That can be fixed by disconnecting the feed stepper and cleaning the gear and the inlet to the hot end. In really bad cases I've had to remove the nozzle and stepper, heat up the hot end and push the filament slug up from the bottom of the hot end toward the gear.

It's also possible that the pressure bearing is worn or damaged and needs replacement, or the M3 screw that serves as a shaft for the bearing is slightly worn, which causes the bearing to not sit square and bind.

As I found out, most likely the problem is in the heating element. Low temperature
