Hi.
As you know, ZORTRAX has a new version of the program Z-SUITE 3 BETA. But on the old M200, it doesn't work.

As their technician wrote to me, there are no options to put a board from m200+ into m200.

Maybe there are options, put the firmware from m200+ to m200 so that the printer can see new files.
Or should the new files be converted so that the old printer can use them?
There are options?
By the way, I have a heavily modified printer (pictured first version)

Hi.
Mb some one have mainboard for M200.
I have problems with FANS. One fan have 15V,  second 24V andhi is all ways ON.
I looked on main board and find 2 damaged, elements, cant find they in catalog to replace them.
So i need new one or used.

Hello

The printer when printing the substrate sometimes can not push the thread.
At the same time, the motor "crunches."
Even without a nozzle, the motor crunches.
Changed the motor, did not help.
Who knows how to fix it?
Technical support Zortrax did not help, give stupid advice.

General Discussion / 0.2 mm nozzle and quality

Hi.
I'm new here.
Have some questions to you

Question 1: if we have wall 1 mm tricness , the printer will make 3 passes. Because 1 pass 0.45 mm, so 2 psses 0.9 mm.
He aspires to fill the entire area, the main is external dimension, inner does not care.

Am I right?

Question 2: theoretically, it is possible to install a 0.2 mm nozzle? If yes, printer needs to know it, in order to reduce the feed rate.

Am I right?

Question 3: May be you have some software, were user can chose nozzle diametr?

Question 4: What minimum wall thickness the printer can print? (our boxes wall thickness 0.5 mm, printer make it 0.8-1 mm)
