Hi.
I'm new here.
Have some questions to you
Question 1: if we have wall 1 mm tricness , the printer will make 3 passes. Because 1 pass 0.45 mm, so 2 psses 0.9 mm.
He aspires to fill the entire area, the main is external dimension, inner does not care.
Am I right?
Question 2: theoretically, it is possible to install a 0.2 mm nozzle? If yes, printer needs to know it, in order to reduce the feed rate.
Am I right?
Question 3: May be you have some software, were user can chose nozzle diametr?
Question 4: What minimum wall thickness the printer can print? (our boxes wall thickness 0.5 mm, printer make it 0.8-1 mm)

Can anyone help me?

Today I installed 0.2 nozzle.
And now will test it

Printer : M200
Material : Z-ABS
Quality : High
Seam: Normal
Infill : Shell
Shell : Spiral
Bottom Layer : Print surface
Fan speed : 100%
----------------------
I used diffirent PROFILE tipes and Layer thicness.
With Z-ABS profile and layer thickness : 0.09-0.39. I had problems with overhit. Best was 0.19
With Z-Hips profile and layer thickness : 0.19, I had BETTER results than with Z-ABS profile. Only littlebit overhit. Because in Z-Hips profile working temperature lower than with Z-ABS.
And finaly i try Z-PCABS profile and layer thickness : 0.19. And result was stuning!!! No overhit at all!!! And now I have 0.45 mm wall thickness!! And quality are so good, cant believe it!!!
