anyone else thought about fitting a flexion extruder? i kinda figure its not easily doable but i was thinking about replacing the idler bearing with a tooth gear to help grip flexible filament. thoughts?

I'm not sure that replacing the idler with a toothed wheel would help, unless the toothed wheel's diameter is bigger than the bearing. Unfortunately there is very little room in the housing to increase the diameter.
