Shifting the origin?
« on: August 03, 2016, 07:22:51 AM »
Can anybody tell what has happened to M200?  It is a coffee cup. Looks like the origin moved to one side gradually.  I had the same issue before to different model.

I do not mind whiskers. I know the reason.

Check for loose set screws on the belt drive pulley of the axis that shifted. Assuming the photo shows the part as it was on the print bed, that would be the X-axis.

Greasing the rods sometimes fixes this kind of shift also.

Yes! I did tighten screws and greased the shafts.  Our M200 keeps working for almost 24H, 3month.  ;)

Thank you.

Thank you Julia.

Also we like M200 and Z-temp. We couldn't get this progress without both.

But to be honest with you, we got some subsidy and going to install 4 printers of different makers soon.
It seems Printer makers and modeling service people in Japan likes PP filament very much.

Congratulations on your subsidy and the material's success, it is well-deserved!

We are working on preparation of official release which is planned to end of SEP.    I am thinking to supply to oversea customer through NANODAX web shop for time being and going to start to use Amazon ASAP.
