I found a link to a Google Drive -> https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B8mSj86XjAMJSlhld2lyajdOTHc

All Firmwares and Z-Suite versions are there.

I printed with grey Z-ABS and the Z-Suite v1.6.1 and with the firmware 1.0.3.  I used the ZT-HE nozzle. Other prints have the same issue. I will go back to firmware 0.0.8 and an older Z-Suite version and make some test. On the zortrax website only the oldes version you can get there is 1.3.0! Someone have an older version (e.g.  v1.2.1) and can give me that z-suite version? I can send that person my e-mail address in private message, so you can give me the z-suite in the e-mail attachment.

  • Raft layers heatbed on, then off (position 3 -> 0)

So i made my first Tests. The results were not good. It seems that the feeder gear don't grap the filament enough. Because of that the filament don't extrude to the nozzle -> hotend was printing in the air.  But when i pushed the filerment with my fingers it extruded again. I try to replace the extruder gear with a mk8 gear. Hope it grap the filament better.

Hello,
I ordered woodfill yesterday. I had read from the colorfabb website that woodfill must print with a layerhight between 0.29 mm and 0.25mm. Have some one made experience with this filament? Can I print under 0.2mm layerhight?

General Discussion / Unload problem, filament get stuck
« on: June 10, 2016, 02:22:00 AM »
Hello,

I have a problem with the unload procedure. The filament get stuck in the feederwheel. It happens because at the end of the filament is a blob. So it is to big for the upper feeder hole. I can upload a picture when I am at home. I use the firmware 1.03 (240°c). I had use Z-ABS (grey) and ABS (green).
